Secretary/Treasurer
- By Mar. 15 — Nominating Committee Chair forwards candidate biographies to Secretary/Treasurer
- By Apr. 1 — Secretary/Treasurer notifies members that voting is open, and explains how and where to vote in the election
- By Apr. 1 — Awards Committee completes voting for Renee Chapman Award. Public announcement of the award may be made 30 days later.
- By May 1 — Election ballots must be returned to Secretary/Treasurer
- By May 8 — Chair announces election results to membership
- By May 15 — Nominating Committee Chair sends thank-you letters to all candidates
- May/June - Deadline set by the Chair each year. — Written annual reports to Chair due from: Award, Membership, Nominating, and all four Standing Committees

- Before annual meeting — Vice Chair/Chair-elect appoints a representative to the TSLL Board for the coming year (term runs from one annual meeting to the next)
- Before annual meeting — Vice Chair/Chair-elect appoints a representative to the Joint Research Grant Committee for the coming year (term runs from one annual meeting to the next)
