Bylaws Committee
2008-2009 Annual Report

This has been a productive year for this committee. A thorough review of the TS-SIS bylaws was undertaken with the goal being to bring them in conformance with the AALL SIS Model Bylaws that were approved in 2006. The extensive set of revisions was approved by the Executive Board in March 2009 and submitted to the AALL Bylaws Committee for approval. That committee approved the changes in May 2009. The full package of bylaws revisions will be submitted to the membership for a vote at the annual business meeting in Washington, D.C.

Once passed by the membership, the TS-SIS Bylaws committee will undertake a thorough revision of the TS-SIS handbook during 2009-2010.
