CHARGE
- Solicit membership to actively apply for grants or personally contribute to a grants fund drive. Utilize Newsletter, web site, and listserv to communicate information. Recognize all contributors.
- With AALL Headquarters approval (Executive Director), investigate potential avenues to accept vendor donations to help fund AALL Annual Program grants for deserving SIS members and arrange for appropriate acknowledgements.
- Conduct thorough review of the Grants Committee Rules for Awarding Grants and submit any proposed revisions to the Executive Committee in Grants Committee Report.
- In collaboration with the Education Committee, consider awarding grants to attend ICM's Court Library Management Program held each year in Williamsburg, VA. Also promote scholarship applications for registration fee reimbursement from the Marcia Koslov Fund for other ICM courses held at the NCSC.
