• Solicit additional feedback on the latest Draft #5 from Section membership as well as AALL members, generally, and various court-related organizations.
• Continue to pursue fine-tuning Draft #5 of the Model Code as presented at the Orlando program.
• Consider convening a focus group meeting at the Seattle Conference to react to a series of questions relating to the Draft Model Code
