PLL/SIS Grants CommitteeDESCRIPTION This Committee is responsible for overseeing the awarding of grants, totaling not more than $2,500 annually, to PLL members to cover the cost of transportation to the annual meeting. These travel grants are open to all PLL members and are generously underwritten by Global Securities Inc and LIVEDGAR. Based in Washington, DC, Global Securities Information Inc specializes in providing research solutions and real time dissemination of corporate information released by the SEC and the other government organizations which oversee the financial markets. The Committee develops the criteria used to award grants and produces appropriate application forms. The Committee is also responsible for advertising and promoting the availability of this money to members who might otherwise be unable to attend the convention. Additionally, the Chair coordinates the issuing of airline tickets to grant recipients. ANNUAL REPORTS FOR MORE INFORMATION
