Application for Grant to Attend the 2010 Spring Depository Library Council Meeting, April 26-18, 2010, Buffalo, NY

Purpose: The purpose of the Government Documents Special Interest Section member grant is to financially assist members of the SIS or their documents support staff to attend the 2010 Spring Federal Depository Library Council Meeting. Preference will be given to individuals who will not receive any support from their employing institution and/or  individuals who have never attended the Fall or Spring Depository Library Council Meeting.  Two grants in the amount of $500 each will be awarded.

Application deadline is Friday, April 2, 2010.

I have not received a GD-SIS grant in the past. I agree that if, for any reason I am unable to use any grant monies awarded (or my employer decides to pay all or a portion of my expenses), I shall return the grant money (or a portion thereof) to the Government Documents Special Interest Section. I further agree to furnish receipts documenting my attendance and expenses at the meeting within 30 days of my return. Photocopies will suffice. I will return a written summary of the meeting funded for inclusion in the next issue of JURISDOCS.
