Winter 2014 SCCLL News Available
The Winter 2014 issue of SCCLL News is now available. The issue has information on upcoming conferences, the next SCCLL silent auction, art projects in the law library, and what your fellow law librarians are doing to help self-represented litigants.
SCCLL Awards Nominations due March 1
The SCCLL Awards Committee is seeking nominations for the 2014 awards. The deadline for award nominations is March 1. Three awards will be given this year: the Connie E. Bolden Publications Award, the Werner Award for Distinguished Service to Persons with Disabilities, and the Law Library Advocate Award.

Fall 2013 SCCLL News Now Available
The Fall 2013 issue of SCCLL News is now available. This issue has a grant report from the Annual Meeting in Seattle, pictures from the business meeting, selections from 1970s-era SCCLL newsletters, a report on a successful partnership between a California county law library and a public library, commentary on the closing of a West Virginia county law library, and new job news from SCCLL members.
Summer 2013 "SCCLL News" is now available
The Summer 2013 issue of SCCLL News is now available. The issue has plenty of news about the section, SCCLL events at the Annual Meeting in Seattle, news from the Southwestern Association of Law Libraries, reports form the Equal Justice Conference, and a review of Public Librarianship: Objectives, Challenges, and Solutions.

Silent Auction open for business
The 2013 SCCLL Silent Auction is open and ready for your browsing and bidding enjoyment! It will be "open" for business until Monday, July 8th at 6:00 pm (EDT). With the exception of items designed as "online only," bidding on these wonderful things, from books to boxes to bags, will resume live at our Breakfast and Business Meeting in Seattle.

State Court and County Law Libraries SIS elections begin Monday, April 1, 2013. The candidates' background and personal statements as well as the amendments are available at https://vote.aallnet.org/sis-sccll/ . The election will conducted online and will begin Monday, April 1, 2013.
