Type V Scholarship Winners Chosen

The American Association of Law Libraries has selected two law librarians to receive the AALL Type V Educational Scholarship: Law Librarians in Continuing Education Courses.

This year's scholarship winners are:

• Jean Willis, associate director for information systems, San Diego County Public Law Library, San Diego, Calif.
  
  
• Astrid Norvelle, catalog librarian, University of Arizona College of Law Library, Tucson, Ariz.

The Type V Scholarship is awarded to law librarians with degrees from accredited library or law schools who are registrants in continuing education courses related to law librarianship. Awarded three times per year, this is the first time the Type V Scholarship has been awarded midyear.

Scholarship recipients will be recognized in July during the Association Annual Awards Ceremony and Reception at the AALL Annual Meeting in Orlando, Fla.
