Law Librarian - Research Services
 
The University of Southern California Gould School of Law Library is accepting applications for the position of Law Librarian – Research Services.
 
Responsibilities:
Provides in depth research and reference service to the USC Law School faculty. Assists all law library patrons in the use of the library's collection and electronic databases. Actively participates in teaching the legal research courses for the J.D. and LL.M. students. Participates in collection development.
 
Required:
ALA-accredited MLS (or equivalent) degree. ABA-accredited degree. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong commitment to service and ability to work in a team environment. High level of knowledge of both print and electronic legal resources.
 
Preferred:
Some relevant experience in an academic law library.
 
Salary and Benefits:
Highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
