Mary Alice Baish Director of Government Relations Office Promotes AALL’s information policy agenda by drafting testimony, formal letters and position papers on a wide range of federal and state legislative and regulatory issues. Works closely with the Government Relations Committee. Represents the Association to policy makers, Congress, the National Commission on Libraries and Information Science, the Shared Legal Capability, and the Digital Future Coalition.

Hillary Baker Marketing and Communications Manager Responsible for coordinating and producing all Association publications, including AALL Spectrum, Law Library Journal, the annual Directory and Handbook, and the biennial Salary Survey; handles e-communication for the Association; and assists AALL staff in promoting Association programs, events, and services.

Vanessa Castillo Education and Meetings Assistant Assists Director of Meetings and Program Manager with preparations for Annual Meeting. Assists Director of Education with event management. Also provides support for grant and continuing education programs. Responds to inquiries from both members and non-members concerning the Annual Meeting and Continuing Education programs. Provides administrative support to the staff as needed.

Paula Davidson Director of Finance and Administration Manages all financial and administrative function of the AALL and its Headquarters offices; responsible for the receipt and recording of all monies due to AALL; prepares the annual budget, financial statements, and audit reports; manages the daily operation of the membership database.

Emily Feldman Advocacy Communications Assistant Assists with legislative advocacy and communications programs. Works with the Government Relations Committee. Attends hearings, coordinates action alert campaigns, and works with members to increase advocacy efforts.

Kate Hagan Executive Director Oversees financial, personnel and all other headquarters operations; Supports the Executive Board and other leadership entities, SISs and Chapters; Coordinates Executive Board and Business meetings; Coordinates fund raising. Serves as staff liaison to the Finance & Budget and Strategic Planning Committees.

Heidi Letzmann Program Manager Works directly with the Annual Meeting Program Committee, program coordinators and program speakers throughout the year to facilitate educational programming at the Annual Meeting. Oversees preparation and editing of Annual Meeting publications (Program Announcement, Preliminary Program, Final Program, Proceedings Book). Works with contractors/consultants for printing, registration, housing and travel at the Annual Meeting.

Julia O'Donnell Director of Membership Marketing and Communications Responsible for the general marketing, communications, and branding for AALL; oversees the development and maintenance of all association publications and electronic communications; and conducts research and data collection to track member needs and interests.

Christopher Orange Mail Room Assistant/List Manager Fulfills member requests; manages mailing list rental; organizes mailing of AALL publications, material for Annual Meeting, AALL Executive Board and committees.

Hannah Phelps Membership Services Coordinator Manages Membership Dues, Job Placement, Scholarships and Grants.

Pamela Reisinger Director of Meetings Plans and develops the physical and operational arrangements for the Assocation's Annual Meeting, Professional Development programs, and approximately 20 smaller meetings and conferences that include committee and Executive Board meetings.

Kim Rundle Executive Assistant To The Executive Director Maintain travel schedule for Executive Director; develop and update reports/calendars/schedules/table of events & deadlines; responsible for preparing the meeting material and managing logistics for all Executive Board meetings

Christopher Siwa Web Administrator Manages the AALL website and the discussion forums. Designs and develops new web applications and services, as well as updates and maintains current web resources for AALLNET and AALL web related entities and initiatives.

Celeste Smith Director of Education Manages AALL continuing professional education initiatives, programs and events; staff liaison to member organizations, committees and special interest sections to support continuing professional education efforts; serves as staff liaison to the Continuing Professional Education Special Committee to plan and implement AALL professional continuing education policy and administer the continuing education grants program.

Ivonne Torres Accounting Assistant Assist the Director of Finance and Administration. Post daily lockbox cash receipts. Enter data required for payment of vendor invoices and produce checks. Produce monthly SIS financial activities.
