PER-DAY REGISTRATIONS
Per-day Registrations are available for $195 per day and include:
- Admission to that day's educational programs and meetings
- Admission to the exhibit hall (and daily prize drawing entry)
- Conference bag and program
- Access to the onsite Career Center
- Access to local library tours
- One (1) ticket to the Opening Reception in the exhibit hall (with Saturday Per-day registration)
- Access to the exhibit hall refreshment break taking place on the day of your registration
- 50% savings on Association Luncheon ticket (with Tuesday Per-day registration)
PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS
There are separate fees for all pre-conference workshops and CONELL (Conference of Newer Law Librarians). Space is limited, and the registration deadline is June 15. All workshops are scheduled (for a full day) for Saturday, July 21.
ASSOCIATION EVENT TICKETS
Association Luncheon tickets (Tuesday, July 24) may be purchased with a Conference or Tuesday Per-Day registration by the June 15 deadline. (Only a limited number of tickets will be available for purchase onsite.):
- $20 for those who purchase a Conference Registration or Tuesday Per-Day Registration; $40 for guests
An Opening Reception ticket (Saturday, July 21) is included with Conference and Saturday Per-Day registrations. Additional Opening Reception tickets for guests can be purchased at the following prices:
- $30 per adult; $10 per child (3-12)
REGISTRATION POLICIES
Payment: Registrations received without payment will be held until payment is received.
Refund Policy: Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by July 6, 2012. Refunds will be processed less a $75 administration fee. No refunds will be given after July 6, 2012. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are always welcome as long as the original registrant has not already checked in on site.
No Wait-List: All registrations will be processed in the order in which they are received with payment. Once a ticketed workshop or event is fully subscribed, registration will be closed for that workshop or event. Wait-lists will not be maintained. Do not plan on attending a workshop or event unless you receive a confirmation notice that will admit you to the session. If you choose to pay by credit card, your card will be charged only for those sessions for which you receive a confirmed registration. If you make payment by check, your check will be deposited and a refund of the registration fee for the closed event will be mailed within six weeks after the end of the Meeting.
Cancellation Policy: AALL reserves the right to cancel workshops, programs and events if there is insufficient registration or for any other reason. AALL is not responsible for cancellation charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies, or other losses incurred due to cancellation of workshops, programs and events.
