If for any reason I cannot attend the AALL Meeting, I will notify the SWALL Grants Committee within 24 hours of my decision and return the award funds. I agree to furnish receipts documenting my attendance and expenses at the meeting within thirty (30) days of my return. Photocopies will suffice. Any unspent funds must be returned to the SWALL Treasurer within thirty (30) days of returning from attending the AALL meeting. I will submit a written summary of the meeting for inclusion in the next issue of the SWALL Bulletin.
