    US Court of Appeals 1st Circuit  - 
    Jurisdiction:  Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, 
    Puerto Rico, and Rhode Island.

    US Court of Appeals 2nd Circuit  - 
    Jurisdiction:  Connecticut, New York, and Vermont.
    --Coverage begins September 1995 and are a joint project of Pace University School of Law and Touro Law Center with the cooperation of the Second Circuit.

    US Court of Appeals 3rd Circuit  - 
    Jurisdiction:  Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and 
    Virgin Islands.
    --Coverage begins May 1994 and are provided by the Villanova Center for Information Law and Policy associated with the Villanova University School of Law

    US Court of Appeals 4th Circuit  - 
    Jurisdiction: Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia,
    and West Virginia.

    Jurisdiction: Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Tennessee.

    US Court of Appeals 7th Circuit  - 
    Jurisdiction:  Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin.
