Each chapter of the American Association of Law Libraries is encouraged to invite distinguished members of the legal, governmental or information communities from their Chapter VIP's to AALL chapter to the Annual Meeting. AALL supports chapters in this effort by offering complimentary registration for up to two guests for each of AALL's 30 chapters. These "Chapter VIP's" are encouraged to participate in the full range of annual meeting activities and may also be invited to speak at an educational program while in attendance. This year, the CoALL board invited Judge Richard Matsch to be our VIP to the Annual Meeting in Washington D.C. Unfortunately, Judge Matsch declined the offer.
Please consider who might be CoALL's VIP for next year's Annual Meeting in Philadelphia. Recommendations may be given to any of the new board officers.
