The Supreme Court Library has received a LSTA (Library Services and Technology Act) Local Needs grant of $15,000 to help fund SIRSI. The grant is federally funded, but was awarded through the Colorado State Library. Our cut-off date for OCLC was June 1, 1999. The tapes will be sent to LTI (Library Technologies, Inc.) for deduping and authority control. The records are to arrive at SIRSI by August 30, 1999, and then the fun begins. We hope to have the OPAC up and running, complete with Web access, by the end of the year. Stay tuned for the next exciting episode.
