Kathleen Clark Edie recently returned to work at the El Paso County Law Library after giving birth to Darwin Robert Edie on June 23, 1999. Darwin weighed six pounds and one ounce. Father, Bill Edie, Kathleen and Darwin are all doing fine. Kathleen is back to work currently 2-3 days a week.

Jessica Hogan wrote a "Teachable Moments" column for the Spring 1999 issue of Perspectives: Teaching Legal Research and Writing.

Patricia Wellinger was appointed to a two year term as the Committee News column editor for the American Association of Law Libraries magazine called the AALL Spectrum.

Caryl Shipley has been elected as law school co-representative to the Staff Advisory Council of the University of Denver.
