Electronic Discovery

Electronic discovery, or electronic evidence is basically the process of securing or producing electronic documents like word processing files, emails, other electronic records, and the like. Electronic evidence and electronic discovery is clearly a topic that will have a major impact on the future practice of law, as standards for obtaining, managing, and using information gathered through this process continue to be established.
